Lee D. Allison, President and Owner

With more than 40 years in the construction business, Lee has the experience and expertise to lead Alpha Development Corporation.  Lee is a registered professional engineer and has established Alpha Development as one of the premier site development and “wet” utility construction companies in Western Washington.  Under his leadership, Alpha Development continues to use the latest technology to maximize the efficiency of our work.

Mike Doyle, Construction Manager

Mike has over 36 years in site development with special emphasis on grading, paving and underground utilities.  He is highly regarded by inspectors for his quality of work and dependable scheduling.

John Wheeler, Controller

With his background as a General Contractor, Project Manager and Construction Accountant, John leads the fiscal management department at Alpha Development.  In addition, John also serves as the Information Technology expert in our company.

Scott Hockersmith, CAD Drawings

The job of preparing the CAD documents for each project is Scott’s responsibility.  He also assists in preparing and maintaining up to date control records for our construction projects.  Scott also assists in the estimating function by performing take-off duties.

Joe Olivieri, Cost Engineering Manager

With over 15 years of experience in operations and contract/project management, Joe is well suited to lead our Cost Engineering department.  He also oversees the document management aspect of the business as well as the Purchasing and Estimating Departments.

Cory Tsark, Senior Estimator

Cory has been estimating in the construction industry for over 25 years.  He is an excellent detail person and is very adept at computer estimating.  He has worked in both Washington state as well as in Hawaii.

Ed Palmer, Purchasing

Ed works in the Cost Engineering department where he prepares bid evaluations as well as working with vendors to provide materials for the construction projects.  Ed also assists with take-off duties during estimation.

Duane Meyer, Senior Estimator

Duane has worked in the construction industry for 33 years and has done estimating for 22 years.  He has also been a laborer and pipe layer in the company.  Duane has experience in purchasing and warehouse work as well.
